FixMyFoto.ai provides browser-based image editing tools including compression, format conversion, resizing, cropping, rotation, and watermarking. All image processing occurs locally in your web browser. We do not upload, store, or access your images.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to process illegal content, attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service, or circumvent usage limits through automated means.

3. Free and Paid Plans

We offer a free tier with limited daily uses and paid subscription plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership of your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your images are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
